5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. homebet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT, and Coins.ph. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
5.2 Deposit Requirements. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. homebet does not accept deposits made by or on behalf of third parties. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to the bonus in question.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds credited to your homebet account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them become withdrawable. 6.4 Bonus Abuse. homebet monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and participating in promotions using a payment method different from the one used for the qualifying deposit. Where bonus abuse is detected, homebet will cancel the bonus, void any associated winnings, and may permanently close the account.
6.5 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses are subject to expiry. Unless a different expiry period is stated in the promotion terms, bonus funds and any associated free bet credits will expire and be forfeited if not used within thirty (30) days of being credited to your account.

Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it is binding. homebet reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
7.4 Bets Placed in Error. You are responsible for the accuracy of all bets and wagers placed on homebet. homebet is not obligated to reverse bets placed in error where the bet was correctly accepted by the system at the stated odds. If you believe a technical error has occurred that affected a bet outcome, contact homebet support within 24 hours of the relevant event.
7.5 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game or software malfunction, homebet reserves the right to declare a game void and return the relevant stake amount to the affected player's wallet. A malfunction voids all plays and pays.

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and events beyond homebet's control may result in temporary unavailability. homebet is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by platform downtime.
11.3 Internet and Device. You are responsible for your own internet connection and device. homebet is not liable for any losses resulting from poor connectivity, device failure, or browser incompatibility.
11.4 Accuracy of Information. While homebet takes reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of information displayed on the platform, including odds, game outcomes, and account balances, homebet does not warrant that all information is completely free from error. In the event of a genuine and demonstrable display error, homebet reserves the right to correct the error and, where necessary, void affected transactions.
12.1 Suspension by homebet. homebet reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without notice, where it reasonably suspects:
12.2 Termination by homebet. homebet may permanently close your account following investigation where a material breach of these Terms has been established. Upon permanent closure resulting from a Terms breach, homebet reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and, in cases of fraud or prohibited conduct, real money balances pending regulatory determination.
12.3 Termination by Player. You may close your homebet account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat at homebet.biz. Upon voluntary closure, any eligible real money balance (net of applicable deductions) will be refunded to your registered payment method following KYC verification.
12.4 Effect of Termination. Upon account termination for any reason, your limited licence to use the homebet platform immediately ceases. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including dispute resolution, limitation of liability, and intellectual property provisions) will continue to apply.

14.1 Right to Amend. homebet reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes may be made to reflect: updates to the platform's products or services; changes in applicable law or regulatory requirements; responses to new patterns of player conduct; or improvements to the clarity and organization of these Terms.
14.2 Notice of Changes.
